Shipping and Freight Information
At Classic Home, we prioritize efficient and reliable delivery of your furniture. Typically, shipments are sent either through LTL to your your commercial business address or via White Glove Delivery to your customers residential address. Our Freight Program is designed to ensure excellent service and competitive shipping costs.

SHIPPING ESTIMATES
At checkout, you will receive a standard estimate for shipping time and costs. If your order requires special delivery services such as lift gate assistance, you can mark this at checkout. Please ensure to confirm your delivery details as failure to notate lift gates can lead to additional delivery fees.

SHIPPING TIMELINES
- In-Stock Items: Ship within 3–5 business days after order confirmation.
- New or Out-of-Stock Items: Require extended lead times.
Our live inventory levels, including incoming quantities, are updated in real time and reflected in the cart at checkout.
DELIVERY OPTIONS
Classic Home coordinates freight shipments to:
- B2B Commercial Addresses or Receiving Warehouses: Must accommodate a 53' trailer for delivery. Failure to comply with the accommodation can lead to additional delivery fees.Â
- Residential Addresses via White Glove Delivery: Includes delivery to room of choice, in-home assembly and removal of packaging materials and debris.
KEY CONSIDERATIONS FOR DELIVERY
Classic Home coordinates freight shipments to:
- B2B LTL shipping addresses must be commercial; we cannot deliver to residential addresses, P.O. Boxes, or APO addresses.
- Orders must meet minimum requirements to qualify for Classic Home freight rates. Split orders are treated as separate deliveries and incur individual freight charges.
- Shipping costs are determined by fixed percentage rates per state, based on the order type (B2B or White Glove delivery). Rate guides for both options are available upon request.
